Yup... it seems that my Seattle VPS just went down around 15 mins ago...
Hmm... appears to be network-wide issue at http://status.ramnode.com/.
It is down for me too. I could not create a ticket either.
The website is a bit slow but I was able to create a ticket (maybe more than a bit).
yup, my vps is down too
Guess I won't open a ticket. Knowing @Nick_A, he's probably on it already.

power out
Yes, we're actively monitoring the situation. Tyler is going to be on site in a few minutes in case he needs to manually boot anything once they restore power. Really disappointing and surprising considering it's The Westin. We're on the 19th floor which is a major MMR there. If I under the tech correctly, the entire floor lost power... I'm sure there are much larger companies involved that are faring pretty terribly from this.
First Las Vegas and now Seattle...
not a good news :-(
do you have any idea when power issue will be resovled?
Ok, the entire floor did not lose power - just part of the data center. An electrician is taking a look shortly.
Thanks for the updates, @Nick_A.
... more than 2 hours now
Looks like it's back online now.
ruined my uptime
still offline in SEACVZE5-1, maybe need a manual boot or keep waiting?
svz1 is okay now
E5 nodes will take longer to boot every VPS because they are a few times larger than SVZ/SKVM nodes. We are still waiting to hear whether the power is permanently restored or if we're just in a temporary fix. Anyone with a KVM VPS that does not boot will need to unmount the attached ISO and reboot.
My vps is back online
total downtime..
Mine is up a long ago
Last Down Duration : 2 Hrs 1 Mins
What node were you on? Most VPSs were online right at the 2 hour mark.
I'm on SEACVZE5-1
My CKVM-E5 appears to be functioning normally at the time.
