Sorry about the hassle. As you can imagine we had a huge response to this special and being that these are being offered as self-managed with all of the tools needed to self-install those re-install requests were low priority.
Just for clarity sake obviously a sever down issue regardless of service, special or management plan is of the utmost priority for us. That's what were here for at the end of the day - to ensure uptime.
That would have been Sago Networks in 2013. Have no idea the current status of all the Razor assets/inventory though...
