Do these come with the same network/etc specs as their "normal" offer counterparts?

Limited offers have unlimited traffic but no guaranteed bandwidth according to their FAQ.

From my experience they won't bother you if you don't constantly use over 200Mbps.

  • Just bought 2. AWESOME!

tronyx said: Nice offer, I've just grab XC DEALS 1701.1 deal :)

Lucky, they're sold out now :P

  • I'm really thinking whether I should get a third. I mean, I could find some use for it.. You know?

  • eloftyelofty Member

how have some had them delivered already? I've not even had an email confirming my order :(

  • Anyone know if their SSDs are fixed? I remember last time they seem to be locked at 133mb/s.

  • Oh crap, they won't let me have 3. Quota exceeded :/

  • TionTion Member

Transfer is unlimited. There is no transfer limit but there is no guaranteed bandwidth either.

Wait what? Not even 100 Mbit guaranteed?

Overconfidence is slow and insidious killer.

  • I'd love to buy one of these high spec machines at these prices but it's Online so I'll take a solid pass on that.

  • S3phyS3phy Member

    @iamthepizza Be quick this time

Mine is delivered and I just started with OS installation.

I already have SSD one from previous deals and its really slow... But as I can see they just sell this dediboxes from clients who cancelled their boxes so I think its a same.

These aren't the XC models with the IO issues.

  • NihimNihim Member

bought one as well, not sure what I 'll use it for.

Have been a customer of online for several years but currently I am drawing a blank. I need to cancel before the 20th to avoid next months invoice right? So in this case I will at minimum pay the ~0.8 euro for June + July.

Seems like they are the original supermicro XC models with the old slow af Intel DC SSDs.

Bingo, just as it was last time. Not bitting this time around, the next kimsufi sale can't be too far away...

  • Intel 320 Series is not enterprise class, but above desktop, only DC S3500 is a true enterprise class drive.
