Why not just spin up a windows virtual image to try out your needs?
Im using it for mcpe server and in some vps hosting i cant join even if i open the port on the firewall...
You could try it for free, just enable Hyper-V on your Windows machine and that's it.

Then you clearly don't deserve to even have a trial if you don't know how to install windows yourself on a kvm vps.
Just go with buyvm and get a slice, and they offer windows.

Doesn't Amazon Web Services offer a 1GB VPS for a year for free? You could just use that but then outbound bandwidth limit is 15GB before they start billing you for it.
