Dedicated server for €20 or less

Hello,

I've been thinking about making this request for a couple of days now but i kinda had the feeling it would't be possible. but i'm desperate, so here goes.

I'm currently using a 'DEDIBOX LT DEALS 1701.3' from Online.net with these specs for €16.99

CPU: 1x Intel® Xeon® E3 1230 v2

RAM: 16 GB DDR3 ECC

Hard disk: 2 x 1 TB SATA3

Connectivity: 1 Gbit/sec

But 16GB RAM is no longer enough for me, so what i'm looking for is

1. A server with same specs but 32GB RAM for around.
   or
2. Someone who bought LT 1701.1 or 1701.2 and willing to transfer (if it's possible)
   or
3. A server with better specs than this ¯_(ツ)_/¯

• Location - any location as long as latency is below 200 from my location. (to Europe i get around 150ms)

• Bandwidth - Around 10TB/mo

@roshan91 I don't think there's a proper hoster who can give you those specs for that price.
Servdiscount.com sometimes got a Atom C2750 with 32gb ram and 1x or 2x 1tb hdd in your price range. But it's an Atom.
