We get ppl asking this sort of question all the time. Why don't we have a sticky listing all the offers for 128MB, 256MB etc which providers can update and people can just look there instead of a thread everyday asking this same question???
I don't disagree at all. Can you kindly point me to a thread posted today that meets my requirements?
people are lazy.. you could search it under offers subforum
as alternative you could try @racksx or @vmhaus service.
What is your threat model? Or do you look for "feeling good" type of solution to your problem?
The situation is much more complex than country of your server, but it all depends on your risks and threat model.

All DCs can collect netflows.
Just get a vps with good network outside your immediate legal jurisdiction , and be done.
I like Liteserver and ultravps in Amsterdam.
Liteserver 25% coupon here might still work on their 128M-ovz-storage https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/111438/nl-happy-easter-from-liteserver-lifetime-25-off-coupon-on-all-our-ssd-vpses
UltraVPS 512MB kvm should be 20euro minus VAT :

Does Unmetered Bandwidth mean for you that i can upload 5TB a month?
The port connection is shared with other users on the server, there is no limit of uploading/downloading at this moment if you use your connection 24/24 to a full usage we will limit your connectivity.
@vimalware Thanks for the advice and suggestions. That helped me purchase what I needed.
