Should be, however if you want to connect to it over IPv4 you'll need to use a custom port

@duckeeyuck could have been a few reasons such as ordering via a VPN or proxy, or placing multiple orders after getting blocked for manual review or putting in obviously fake billing information.
If you want to post an order number here I will look in to it for you and report back.

@tr1cky I only run Xen PV and you need HVM for windows, you would be better off looking for a KVM or vmware based host to be perfectly honest.
