    cloud.net offers vps through webplus.com.br, which i think is somewhat dubios as their vps plans start at ~25eu per month. best offer i found so far tho

    There is host1plus but their vps aren't that good...

    indeed, and their .br location is 90$ annually.
    i edited the topic, expanding the options to anything in spain, except ginernet

    They do not want to sell you VPS anyway, they just need that front to get LACNIC IPs to sell them to VPN providers and ad scammers:

    Cloud.net has Colombia and Argentina which works well.

    Most of the times I could not make use of the credit I have with cloud net as their CP would just display errors.
    I know why I can't have a vps from them (talked with whom we both know William).

    As for user experience not being able to spin a cloud """ instance @yoda knows it also as he has seen the same error.

    Weird, i only had once errors and that was Estonia - all other locations work fine and i could deploy EE later also.

    Price wise some are not useful though.
