Low Latency Networking Across USA
I have a project which requires low latency access to cable/dsl providers in USA.I need recommendations for virtualized(LEB and non-LEB) and dedicated server providers which are hosted on datacenters which have low latency upstreams(directly peers preferred) to most used cable/dsl providers like comcast, time warner, cox, charter, cablevision, at&t, verizon, centurylink, frontier etc.

Shoot me a PM, I might be able to sort you out on something.
Try our looking glass @ http://tx.lg.cloudshards.net and see if it suits you!
I want to clarify more. What i expect to see is direct peerings(no tier1 or tier2 provider between) like below example on comcast looking glass.
Traceroute from Comcast to Highwinds
How about Softlayer? You can check out their looking glass here.
Thanks for the suggestion.Softlayer is one of the options and currently I have 4 locations of Softlayer.I am looking for alternatives.
For Colorado we are 15ms or less (Probably half that in Denver since it's one way) from Comcast the largest ISP in the area, and their hub is in the same general location as CenturyLink aka Qwest so I would expect it to be the same. For the Colorado Springs area were 2ms from Falcon Broadband or less since their core network is a few cabinets down from us. Were also one AS hop from Google and Youtube due to our datacenter having a peering arrangement. We also have access to RMIX which gives us good latency to the entire mountain region.
I also have access to CDN pops in most major metro areas globally.
