WIndows VMs in the Denver, Seatle, San Jose and Monroe request

Any good references/suggestions for windows VM for Denver, Seatle, San Jose and Monroe? Monthly cost comparable for with AWS (calculated monthly) for T2.large or above specs. Cost I can stretch some more.

Not sure there is a single provider who has all these locations. That would be great. But in the absence of a single provider, multiple providers also ok.
