Any companies like Vultr?

Hi guys, Please help me find all those companies like Vultr those will allow me to install my own OS without any additional cost, and with monthly/hourly low price.

low costs hourly are digitalocean, devcapsule. but not shure if you can install your own iso, please check there.

Not sure who can compete with Vultr snappiness. Leaseweb allow custom ISO but NL is their best location for me. For superb US network for Windows I'm using Vultr. Could use another good host..
