The LARA session at Hetzner for setup and installation is free. You still need your license, or you can run the 180 day evaluation version of Windows Servers. You can find VPS providers that include a Windows license in their product but I doubt any dedicated providers do that.

You can run about 12 to 16 Slots CSGO Servers on N2800 * 2 (for each core), Kimsufi wants for that like 6EUR monthly.
If you want you can go really cheap.

Yeah, you can convert to the full version by buying a license and entering the license key.
I was talking about linux, anyway you can flash also on Kimsufi windows to disk works fine.

OVH allows you to use your own license, so if you got a valid one there is no issue to use Windows on Kimsufi.
I never heard of anyone who got terminated by using windows on kimsufi.

You want SSD not HDD
I would recommend you hetzner for their cheap servers, they are good but you can forget about support. i always have hated their support.
