Yearly VPS in Latin America? (Costa Rica, Panama)

Hi,

Is there any provider that has yearly VPS in the Latin America region?

I know about Offshoreracks and Panamaserver, however they're pretty expensive.

I'm currently searching for one, please reply if you know a host.

What's your budget exactly? And do you have a max ping?

There is nothing else. Cloud.net has Colombia, but that's it.

Offshoreracks is also damn cheap, 7$ is DAMN cheap for Panama.

Yes, sorry. We've been having a few issues with our South American supply. The infrastructure is good, but unfortunately our supplier just can't keep it in stock. Because of the sporadic nature, I'm hesitant to sell anything out of there as I can't guarantee the consistent availability of it.
