WireworksCommunications is not responding
I have one of these

Yesterday my dedicated server went down. Submitted a high priority ticket, but 24 hours later, no response and the server is still down. Also the SSL certificate on their portal has expired and was not renewed. Not a good sign, and I think wireworkscommunications may have gone dead, and wonder if anyone knows anything.

Pretty sure they were getting out of the server business.
What makes you say that? Can't find anything anywhere about it.
I talk to the owner Zachary all the time on Skype.
He told me months ago he was getting out of the business.
Well regardless, he should at least respond.
Ugh I hope you get a response soon, I mean if you're getting out of the server business you should at least notify your clients about it.
Still no response. Looks like I'll have to file a dispute with my credit card, since they did not complete the service for the month that was paid.
Sometimes the hassle of brand new low-end providers is not worth it. Lesson learned.
I suggest the administrator remove the LowEndBox listing, since they are apparently dead.

@jon617 I will notify Liam to post warning.
Apparently their website is under construction and is 75% done... not sure what website construction has to do with your server but that might be the reason you haven't gotten a response.
This should not be the reason for ignoring client as their support system is still online https://billing.wireworkscommunications.com/clientarea.php
Oh wow
and their SSL certificate is expired.
Here is a screenshot of the ticket. Still no response, so they do appear to be dead.
