I havent heard of you before.
Now that I searched for your posts, I did find many on LEB.

    Mind clarifying a bit regarding:

    Years in VPS hosting business

Policy regarding refunds in case of issues like persistent downtime, network issues, etc on your side

Any period within which full refunds are offered in case I'm dissatisfied for whatever reason?

Test files on each location-100MB, 1GB, to test speed.

Edit: Gobbled one. I seriously dont know what to do with it. :(

  • Node specs ?

    They announce it: https://twitter.com/weloveservers

Our SolusVM VPS control panel has been turned off due to yet another possible 0day exploit in SolusVM. We advise VPS providers to follow.

I'm WeLoveServers costumers for about a month. Ticket response are quick.
Last downtime occur when 0day exploit in SolusVM happen, 19 minutes.

I would really buy one if it's possible to order monthly. I don't really need it, but it's cheap and yeah I can play a bit :D

Almost can't hold myself back, any extra customer reviews so far? For how long are they in business?

  • nutjobnutjob Member

Actually $20/year not $19, but in for one anyway

  • akzakz Member

very tempted as well, interested in years in business and other customer reviews.

  • The "problem" for me is the YEAR period, too.
I had problems with VPS before and it is not easy to see your money back when you have problems with some companies.

What will happen if after a month or two I start to have problems with your service?
Can I ask a refund for the proportional amount / month?
    Tks!

Greetings, we have been in business for over a year and recently celebrated our one year anniversary last month. Our company was rebranded from ThrustSites.com to WeLoveServers in November of 2012, for branding purposes due to the name conflicting with another VPS company (Thrust VPS), therefore this company rebrand allow us to expand into new markets like VPS & dedicated servers - not restricting us to just shared/reseller hosting.

If anyone has any questions, we're here to help, however the fastest way to get ahold of us is to email [email protected].

    Chris
