Spoke to Ishaq, his VPS are great (already purchased from him I think), though it's too high for my budget.

This is meant to be used as a very small dev server, that'll be used occasionally, and low resources required, so I need to keep my budget very short as well.

    What about a NAT VPS?

IPv4 is a requirement, dedicated IP.

  • If Nat vps is alright, @exception0x876 might be able to help.

    Thank you for your help.

Decided to order from @Ishaq, as a KVM I already got with him has been running flawlessly.

You might want to try a sever from RamNode.
