Yearly VPS @ NL, cheap deal!!!

MrG El Cheapo is looking for a super ass cheap vps, with the following specs:
1 CPU
2 GB RAM
30 GB HDD space
500 GB BW is ok.

Any cheap, super ass cheap annual offers for this in NL preferably? UK is ok too.

This is meant to be used as a very small dev server, that'll be used occasionally, and low resources required, so I need to keep my budget very short as well.
