Are there any lowend vpses in Afraica?

I have found many providers, which are very expensive with very low bandwidth. Are there any lowend vpses in Afraica? The price should be lower than $6/mo.

Out of curiosity i've been browsing around the net a couple of months ago, looking for VPS in Africa. To be honest i don't think so. I mean there sure are VPS providers but they don't offer low end boxes that would satisfy most average needs right now. In the future as networks develop there shall be low end boxes in Africa too. I've noticed that AfriNIC has a lot of unused IPv4s.

No I never heard of any... don't think most of the continent has even clean drinking water, access to basic healthcare or education.... VPS are probably low on their priority list.

I have one of my DNS servers with them. In terms of reliability they're better than 90% of the LEB providers I've tried. The high bandwidth prices in South Africa keep the abusers away

There was some LEB provider in Egypt, search it.

CityNetHost.com . Bad infrastructure (Internet, power) in Egypt means you can look forward to a lot of down time.

South Africa, Egypt, and Morocco (HosToWeb) are the only places with VPS providers in Africa that I know of and VPS.co.za is the only provider currently offering LEB priced plans
