Plesk Onxy Web Admin 1,99 EUR in netcup easter egg / general: cheapest Plesk licenses

Hi,

it's probably a bit late as easter is through but the offer is still live, I just purchased one:

Plesk 12/Onxy Web Admin (the smallest Plesk 12)

1,99 EUR / month recurring

12 months billing cycle

You need to go over this page
and klick on the easter egg right next to the big Plesk boxes on top.
If there is no easter egg -> probably deal is gone.

That brings me to the general question: where do you get the cheapest Plesk licenses?

My top picks are:

Web Admin: Netcup (this offer, though this is a limited special) 1,99 EUR / month yearly contract

Web Pro 4,99 EUR / month monthly contract at aihoster.com

Web Host 9,49 EUR / month monthly contract at aihoster.com or for 9,99 EUR at netcup (regular price, OEM)

Does anyone have a better deal?

BR southy

  • No eggs for me. :(

    It's still there right now.

By the way: the eggs only show up if you visit the site with a PC.
Ipad, smartphone etc.-browsers will NOT do, not even set on "Desktop view".

The eggs are hidden every few minutes from the Easter bunny and provided with new offers. The product links to the promotion offerings are, as in the last year, individual and non-transferable. This means that the product link on another PC will no longer be valid. The particularly industrious and eager Easter-eggs are rewarded with particularly lucrative offers. In addition, you can sleep as long as you sleep long, because the stock is always replenished again and again.

  • You can't post the links, they are tied to your individual PC. You need to share the location of the finding.
Seems this is quite a topic :-)

8.99 EUR for 8g ram is a nice deal indeed, looks like the eggs change after a few F5's.

I only took a storage plan of 1.5TB at ~10€ p.m (without VAT) on sunday - which they offer as alternative to that 3 month free at regular pricing. they also offer whopping 5TB or 10TB at a good deal price.

but nearly all offers come with a 6 or even 12 month contract term, so watch out for what is stated there ;-)

the eggs are somewhat changing the places a bit and are only to be seen on browser with a viewport-width higher then 960px or something like that - also only on the german pages.

as already has been mentioned you can't share the links or use the product links directly because they added some kind of hash which is generated when you are clicking the egg.

if you just want to see, what they had/have available, just walk the product numbers from 1810 to ~ 1845 in the url... e.g. starting with https://www.netcup.eu/bestellen/produkt.php?produkt=1810
but be aware that you won't be able to order from this because of the missing hiddenkey.

the VPS type A and B which where the ones at 0,99 € and 1,44 € per month where sold out very fast back on sunday already... (they also came with a setup fee of 5,55 and 4,44) the eggs were on the ddos info page if I recall correctly.

if you are looking for the 8GB VPS you could also use the older order links like that one https://www.netcup.eu/bestellen/produkt.php?produkt=1721 to get it for a similar price without egg hunting.
same goes for the smaller vserver or their whole rootserver range. if anyone needs an order link for something else, let me know - I might be able to help ^^

they also have a whopping 50% discount on their webexpert XL package, which makes that quite attractive https://www.netcup.de/bestellen/produkt.php?produkt=1819 - the egg is to be found some times on the webhosting page itself.

for special offers the 5€ coupons for new customers usually can't be applied, but feel free to try one anyways:

got few eggs if anyone would be interesting.

    1. in homepage https://www.netcup.de/ , below "vserver" and "gruopware" , above "domain still free?" there is an egg for managed server , managed RS2000 with 3 months free and 43.99 euro afterwards.

    2. https://www.netcup.de/bestellen/domainangebote.php?art=global , right below "denic" an egg for EU domain , 0.42 euro per month , 5 euro per year.

    3. https://www.netcup.de/bestellen/domainangebote.php?art=sonstige , right-side in the middle , an egg for .at domain , 0.82 per month.

    4. https://www.netcup.de/professional/ on footer , an egg for hosting plan i think ?

    5. https://www.netcup.de/vserver/ between 2015 and 2016 medal , root server for 4.66 euro per month.

    6. https://www.netcup.de/vserver/vps.php same as above , for storage server , 29.99 euro , 2 TB

I see a lot of eggs , but they are seems randomly appear and changeling , i don't know if there were still there , but just looking for it .

    5 minutes i found 6 eggs already !

  • Yeah but the real interesting stuff is rare.
    Isn't it always? :-)

But even though I admire everyone's ehtusiasm here, is there anyone that wants to comment on my initial discussion: Whether Plesk can be obtained cheaper?

Perhaps I need to open up a seperate threat :-)
