    How does this sound ?

    $30/month ATOM CPU ? + Windows License cost ~$20 = $50/month for,
    500 GB x 2 HDD + 4 GB RAM + 4 TB Bandwidth

    (or you bring your own Win license + ISO and don't pay the license cost)
