Not sure if you are only looking for people from LET. But I know http://ypson.com has done all our logos and is excellent to work with.
They can do faster turnaround (its on the order form).

@jarland has the guy he uses for his basic logos- someone on Fiverr as memory recalls.

Interesting pricing. $45 for 1 logo with 3 revisions and then $5 for 1 logo with 1 revisions.
So I can order 9 logos and pay $45. I won't get source file and vector file, but still.

Can't top this guy for anything less than $100 IMO.
I'm pretty sure that one logo with 3 revision would have more effort put into it than 9 different $5 ones.
Not to mention, I'm pretty sure the $5 one was "I did what you said in 100 words. Fuck you if you don't want to pay to fix it."
