If you don't get a native speaker to do it, my wife can probably do this for you. She's Italian, but lived in spain for a couple of years and is pretty much fluent.
Should be able to do it unless there are very specific technical terms in it.

I am rusty beyond belief, I am tempted to give it a shot but honestly I do not feel I can promise a good result so I must decline.

Seems like there is some very technical terms in this one, i've had two people say they could not translate it well.
