    The two things I know about Isle of Man are the lack of speed limits (Thanks Top Gear), and bigclive.

    What more do you want? (Other than a low end VPS, of course)

  • To be honest, this is one of the more legitimately interesting offers I've seen in a while.

    Do you have a test IP or looking glass?

  • Do you have GB/UK geo IPs or do you have IM geo IPs as EDIS?

    Hi,

    your billing area has a mixed content which causes your https to be insecure and i recommend you to fix this issue and here is the mixedcontent:

    Regards.

    EDIT: typo

    Looking glass IP is Isle of Man, not sure as for the services but I assume they are also Isle of Man.

    Hello,

    IP's are IoM. We do have some UK geo IPs available too if required.

  • Neat (some years ago it was UK), but your website does not even load for me as your shorturl "netc.im" requires usage of NO WWW prefix, but your initial post has one.

    -> http://www.netc.im/forumshome broken

    -> http://netc.im/forumshome works

    Anyway, figured out now, will order

    Ah, sorry about that, thanks for pointing.

    If you need anything, just give me a shout W.

  • hm, how do you bill this?

    I should with EU address not pay VAT to an IoM company as you are not in the customs and tax area. I do not pay VAT to Wimanx.

    Solved... seems IoM is actually VAT area (wtf) and Wimanx just copied by VAT ID back then so looked as not paying... used VAT ID now for signup and no issue :)

    Let's see for server quality (wanted to use before already often, but the UK geo IPs were pretty useless to me) :)

    United Kingdom going offshore? Alaska may be next? ;)

    IoM is not part of the United Kingdom or the EU, but is part of Great Britain :)

    They under UK/GB jurisdiction, must accept country laws and cannot be called - offshore.

    eh, no. It is WAY more complicated than that.

    All of the constituent parts of Great Britain have some freedom, the IoM (along with Gibraltar) is very free while Jersey and Guernsey are less (also less influence). External protection and diplomatic relations (some exceptions for Gibraltar) are handled entirely from London as power above, but the legislative power local is very limited.

    You also have the city of London which is a clusterfuck by itself and for the entire EU and Northern Ireland which is... Northern Ireland, hot topic.

    UK/GB is extremely complicated, this is helpful to understand a bit:

    That only on paper, British or even US special forces can easy ride them if needed.

    Thank you.

    The looking glass is still not working.
    BTW, I found this when I switch currency to EUR.

  • IPs are not IOM - IPs are set as Country: GB and just have IM geo set at Maxmind... not what i expected/want/need.

    LG and the IP shown above (81.27.96.190) has IM set - Sent support ticket in, let's see if i can get one of these, else need to see for refund policy/cancel...

    UK IPs are useless for me, for that i go across to Manchester and pay 90% less :)
