Optimisation script?

I remember years ago, there was some kind of shell script you could run which would run a bunch of tests and then make some recommended setting changes for PHP, apache, MYSQL.

Does anyone remember what it was called?

I'm sure it's on github somewhere.

I kid, but honestly these types of things do have flaws. They can give you some good ideas but make sure to take them with a grain of salt. And no I honestly don't remember what that was, but I'm sure it included this:

That is the bad boy right there man. It works in a kind of sort of way. It will give you hints and some tips but do not use it like it is the blackbook of mysql or anything.

  • Awesome, thanks guys :)
