Statuspage with Monitor (Open Source)

Hey guys, does anyone know a Statuspage with intigrated Monitoring, so if a service goes down it shows it directly and i can add a notice why its down later. I have only seen Statuspages like "Cachet" where u need to fill the outtage on your own.

I'll show myself out.
I use nagios with a nagios dashboard php page. Works OK for what I need (the status page is public facing, the rest isn't). I host it on a separate VPS with a different provider to all the systems I am monitoring.
