You pay for his server with your credit card. He uploads child porn or worse. The Feds, Interpol and Putin himself show up at night at your house and do... nasty things to you.

What do you mean Scaleway doesn't like your credit card? If your payment is being rejected just call up your card provider and tell them to authorize the payment.

  • risk being charged with a felony for 3.50.... hmm

I'm from India and my card works just fine. Talk to your bank/issuer and ask them to enable international usage.

Except for opening a ticket directly towards Scaleway, there's not much you can do here.

All of the other options are risky and not worth it.

If they don't want to do business with you then they won't.

I sent Scaleway an Email, let see how it goes.

But I'll try Revolut, as suggested by @dragon1993

EDIT: Revolut not available in Brazil.

3D Secure is not available on some platforms. If they require this to take your card (from a common fraud area), you're shit out of luck.

  • not complaining in any way , got 3 i3s from oneprovider.

  • @hammad They're not singling you out, none of my cards have the 3D bullshit and can't buy from them either :)
