Hi Zeal, these servers do not support ad-on video graphic cards at this time, if you wanted to do that I'd suggest instead looking at purchasing your own server to meet your needs and colocating it, we have options for that on our web site starting at $29.99/mo.
Do you mean you have servers for sale that you can colo host? I couldn't find any on your site, but maybe you meant the person should ship you a server.
I looked at your $29.99/mo colo offer but it said only 3TB of network bw was available, no matter what port speed you selected. Are there supposed to be more drop-down options? Is there a standard charge per TB past the included 3TB?

Yes, you would buy your own server (dell, ebay, newegg, etc) and ship it. We would rack and connect it to power / internet. Our lowest price package has less bandwidth/port than the larger package. For instance the Colo III package has 1000 Mbit GigE un-metered, versus the Colo 1 package (at $29.99/mo) . The colo 1 can be upgraded, yes to have other bandwidth options. Contact our sales team at [email protected] they can help customize an option for you if you don't see one that meets your needs on any specific package.

Their near fully Cogent BW should be semi-unmetered by traffic levels (only bill higher) or Cogent policy (location dependent), not sure if Turnkey do it for you though.

Interestingly this was some time ago still mostly/near singlehomed HE if i remember correctly, switching from budget to budget carrier is... yea. The TVC upstream fixes the Cogent route hole on IPv6 towards HE though, so it is fully usable (not like FDC).
