There isn't $5 TW vps (with bandwidth) that I've seen. If someone has seen TW VPS within LET range, I may be interested to try.
Here are a few closest ones:
I haven't used any of them, so can't give you opinions about them.
1. https://vps.dct-cloud.com/
This is probably the most lowend one, but they require Taiwan's ID number. The specs are just "linode", except $5 plan isn't present. They use APT network.
2. https://www.hostinginside.com/billing/cart.php?gid=28 (~$13 after coupon, 250GB)
3. https://host.com.tw/ ~$18, 1TB bandwidth included
4. http://host.dler.org/spec $20 plan is always out of stock.
There are also CHT CAAS, google, but they charge bandwidth ($0.1/GB for CHT).
Edit:dct-cloud changed their spec recently, not so "linode" now.

Forget about "Emirate". You will never find shared hosting for $5 here, let alone a VPS... Heck, 1TB bw too :O

Whatever that is, it is either not AE or useless - 1TB are ~3Mbit, for which both DU and Etisalad charge you 25$+.
Try cloud.net, last time they had stock in UAE it was 15 usd for 512m/20G and 100GB data.

I want to repeat that I do recommend you stay away from vpsfast.
Our cheapest plan for Taiwan VPS starts with 25$ KVM Virtualization ofcourse!
Anything below that will not be profitable & let me tell you, even the 25$ price does not have any good profit margin but the volumes game in this is paying off.
So if you are interested in Taiwan VPS then just let me know.
Chunghwa sells you the Mbit for less than 10$, power is cheap, but language is an issue - there are few ISPs from TW offering colo here and there at WHT mostly which is the best english deals i've seen for now.
25$ for 1GB is ok, but you can get cheaper local, only local payment methods though (DCT is 300 NTD/10EUR for 2GB and on 10Gbit local, ID requirement can be avoided).
Most reliable international available is Google which has a larger DC in TW and is available via compute. Not really cheap.
