Don't play hosting provider with Hetzner servers. If you get 1 abuser on the node - Hetzner in a blink of eye will remove access to your server(s).

I appreciate your concerns. I have been using Hetzner for years and have never had any problems.

Your LEB-VPS-4 is still tempting- I can think of many subprojects that'd be better to put on this than split onto my own Hetz (and the additional personal liability).
