This is a special offer from a German provider I was using in the past.
Last time I used their services they hosted at OVH and they've launched a cool offer rn.
The offer is valid till 23th April and can be ordered here:
https://login.server-provider.com/Prepaid/vServer

Price: 5€/mo first month then 20€/mo

Specs:

  • CPU: Either Intel XEON E5-1650v2 or 2x Intel XEON E5-2650v3 depending on what Host System you are gonna be.

  • vCores: 12

  • RAM: 32 GB

  • Disk: 300 GB HDD

  • Connection: 500 Mbit/s Flatrate

  • DDoS Protected

  • Virt: OpenVZ

They use a prepaid system. If you dont renew the server manually or have account balance it will expire. You can basically test the server for 5€ in the first month and either keep or drop it. Although it is OpenVZ I thought why not share the offer in regard of the good experiences I had with them in the past :)

Cheers,
Ympker

Yeah I know :O Me personally I also do not have a need for a vps, let alone ovz, this large, but perhaps someone does :)

Anyone bought it can share the benchmark?

  • According to their website, virutaliziation is Linux v-server, not OVZ...

Ever since I have been using them they where offering OVZ and KVM instances.
During the purchase process I have linked you can choose "V-Server (Linux)" and "Rootserver KVM (Linux/Windows)". It will be OpenVZ. What's more their https://www.server-provider.com/prepaid-vserver.php site states that their "Vserver" do use OpenVZ.

    Prepaid V-Server Features
