PayPal is prefered.
So WHMCS aren't allowing the license to be transfered because I bought it from a reseller for about $10 cheaper over 3 years ago. There's a $20 fee on both sides even if it was possible anyway.
It doesn't stop me from licensing a domain of my choice though. While I can't transfer the license, I can give you your own sub-account on the WHMCS website with full access to the licence.
My new asking price is $200 for the license.
