@mpkossen it have to do something with UNMANAGED service for low price I think. Support have cost. Troubleshooting individual client issues non directly related to host can be very time demanding.
Offering solid hosting service != managed service.
If you need support with your configuration, etc... you will pick managed service.

Tim is awesome, everything is stable.. and if there is a system issue or something he'll definitely fix it. Great support there.
Definitely not anywhere near managed, or as forgiving with support/tickets as some other hosts I have used though. Ask a stupid question & you can see frustration.
