Looking for a small VPS in Austria (VPN)
Muchachos!
A close friend of mine in Germany wants to watch the Motorbike World Championship via IP stream (ServusTV). This seems only to be possible with an austrian IP. Therefore I am looking for a cheap and small VPS to install OpenVPN for him. Do you have any recommendation concerning a provider for me?
Should be around EUR 5,-/month max, minimal specs, enough bandwidth and traffic for the purpose.
Thanks a lot in advance for any good hint!

Guess your pricing scheme not match requested.
Do you have any ongoing promotion for the smallest plan coincidentally?
My apologies, I have to ask that question, this is LET... ;-)
Last time I had ip geolocated in germany an austria vps, this can be a problem if not solved.

Drop me a pm, am sure we can hook you up
Thank you all!
My friend was THAT impatient that the rented a KVM with Edis himself and now just relies on me installing OpenVPN for him. Well, it's his choice and his money, who am I to criticize..
So you've got some virgin credit card numbers to share with us?
Achievement unlocked.
@florianb will sort you out (not)
Same, Dediserv Vienna uses German IP space announced via Anexia, which does not work for Austrian services. FDC uses ARIN space on Cogent, which is also bad (aside of useless Network unless you WANT singlehomed Cogent). World4You now reached their 185 space which is - as usual - new and thus not in all AT whitelists either.
Certain EDIS and Anexia (which owns Emerion and soon likely also owns Internex, mentioned here) subnets do not work either (i think i back then used 2 EDIS /24 of 185 in AT and 2 external, thus this 2 are not useful as on W4Y), but most do.
Internex has UPC space for some services which is nice for such things (as was EDIS pre-BGP w/ UPC), new services are seemingly in NDC though and not IX - knowing his will to do BGP these services are likely just singlehomed Nessus and not blended of both locations (however, unlike for UPC subnets they MIGHT be multihomed behind Anexia/later, UPC will not allow multihoming of theirs).
MyPhone (probably using same backend IPTV providers) and other streaming platforms (AT has them for mobile fixed users, eg. TV boxes at home on A1 and Tele2) are IP exclusive, thus whitelist, not inclusive, thus blacklist.
