tmzVPS is really a technical company?

I bought a VPS from them this day but the initial IP has been unreachable from the begin time.
I restalled the OS but the problem is still there.
So I submitted a ticket to their support, but the guy seems very unprofessional.
They did nothing help resolving the problem but asked me once and once about what I have done with the VPS.
Until now the problem is still there, the IP is unreachable.
How will I handle with them, can I ask for refund?

Explain exactly (and honestly) what you did with the VPS since you received it.

Give them time to address it. I have no knowledge of the company, but take into consideration the fact that it's Sunday and support may be limited.

If the issue is indeed not your fault, request that billing be adjusted to reflect the day(s) you missed.

Keep you're communications professional and polite.

If the issue isn't resolve in 24 hours, cancel and request a refund.

I said the IP is unreachable from the begin time, I never sshed into it, nothing can be done. The only thing is restalled the OS from the web console. And this is the ping info:

From 216.158.68.** icmp_seq=1 Time to live exceeded
From 216.158.68.** icmp_seq=2 Time to live exceeded
From 216.158.68.** icmp_seq=3 Time to live exceeded
From 216.158.68.** icmp_seq=4 Time to live exceeded

I have tried the ping from several locations but got the same result.

OK then, clearly not your fault. I would still be patient and give then until tomorrow (Monday) to get it resolved.

Daniel does for sure have some questionable business practices.

Its been proven that his reviews are for sure not 100% genuine, he has still yet to explain why his wife has been posting reviews for him.

or was his wife a staff member?

    http://www.tmzvps.com/randomofficepics/

It was a shame shame he deleted them, his wife was on there in your office showing she worked there. Just for the reference, it was the picture of the girl with the calender that was on the wrong date of the wrong year.

Also don't forget how large of a company he is, when I brought up his invoice numbers and the 200+ orders on which he claimed to have waiting showing he generated 313 invoices in 1.5 months, it was almost impossible to have this. He responded stating how I didn't have a clue about how his WHMCS works, when in reality its hard coded into every WHMCS installation that an invoice is generated on order, so another lie exposed there. When I threatened to make another order to see his account numbers, this is what I actually get this time.

His invoices in 5 days have increased by 1829 which is a grand total of 365.8 orders a day, he is trying to cover up his lies, repeatedly by pretending he is a larger company than he is, with hundreds of good reviews etc, but this really does beg the question, that if he is such a compulsive liar, then are all his reviews genuine as he claims, certainly not, his wife / staff member wrote one, and that's a fact.

    @NameStuff

Is this an ovz vps? If so, try logging in using console and see if you can ping google from the vps. If you can't, check resolver config.

@NameStuff Daniel can become very very helpful. Once you post your bad experience at webhostingtalk forum (vps section).
By my personal experience you will be served from them faster if you make WHT thread than open support ticket. I know, pathetic. But success 100% guaranteed.

@Spirit once a post is made a WHT it will be quickly followed by another positive review within the next few days.
