@RobertClarke: isn't bi-yearly the same as biannually? I believe this offer is meant to be semiannually.

Edit: bi-yearly can be both, I just read. Sorry, just trying to clarify this for those who thought biannually as well.

    Your privacy policy states

This web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

Could you elaborate on the security measures currently in use?

After googling it, it appears that it is a cookie cutter privacy policy

Sorry about that guys, you can TECHNICALLY use bi-yearly for twice a year, but it looks like people prefer semi-annually, so the thread has been updated :)

Definitely want to go for semi-annually since it conveys the point more clearly.

And I like your 10Gbit VPSes. They just have way too much disk space..

10Gbit VPSs actually aren't ready, they should be marked as out-of-stock, doing that now. They have a lot of disk space, and bandwidth, so that people can use them for a variety of different things, including backups, repos, and other stuff like that that may require 10gbit. Also, it's either lots of HDDs in a nice RAID config for enough disk IO, or SSDs, and a 10gbit SSD VPS has been decidedly pointless, thus high-capacity 10gbit VPSs.

I guess you are not. Maybe you should talk with them not to confuse with each other's brand?
