    Yes, it is in RBX4. I had a dedi in that DC a few months ago. Had better speeds iirc.

    Got two so far in France, both are i5 with 16g, the one with newer drive has crappy network, the one with 20k+ power on hours has normal network, both in rbx4.

    I have two orders with "we check your payment manually" only wanted one but was sent an e-mail concerning payment so I ordered another to get it ordered officially.

    I get that on all of my payment, some goes through within a few minutes, some instantly (like this), some even took a week or so (new order) so they may be manually approving it and if you're paying by PP you can see your transaction is still pending until they send the payment confirmation email.

    Same, you're not alone. It's just bad luck of receiving the exact product line they advertised. 5 x i3 now, 2 today & 3 last sales. I decided to cancel some next month :-( Total cost is more than 1 ovh.de server I did not keep 3 months ago :-(
