Hello everyone,i am searching vps in Sydney,Berlin and Vancouver(Canada)
The server ought to be KVM based,Xen works well,but windows is needed.
Well the most signifiance thing is affordable,the price,i hope,can be less than 3.5USD per month.
Anyone can give me some advice?

The full Server 2003 x64 with GUI runs under 500mb depending on applications running, and as mentioned the 2008R2 server core will work with low RAM as well, so if you can deploy what you need windows for on the Server core that would also work.
So there are no offers for Vancouver then?
