Sorry to hear about that, but we have tons of happy chinese customer and it's a general practise that happy customers will rarely post a good review but if a customer is not happy they will definitely write a lot about the company and not sure if anybody can rely one just one forum thread

We have so many Chinese customers who are renewing their services every month which just indicates they are happy else we would have never bought 3 new additional VPS nodes just within 2 months as most of the customers who are buying from us are renewing and even ordering multiple VPS with us.

We don't understand chinese so i cannot comment at that forum, but if there is any unhappy customer they can always submit a ticket from their client area and we will gladly assist them

    Hi
As long as there are no abuse complains and as long as it is not resource intensive yes you can

  • rectified said: Hi As long as there are no abuse complains and as long as it is not resource intensive yes you can

Thanks, Tor Relay won't cause any abuse. But it might use almost 30TB if it's running stable/more than 1 month. While the resource, it might use all memory.

So maybe that will answer most people that would use it for Tor Relay :)

Please just make sure it does not causes I/O (some users try to increase SWAP to get more memory and end up causing too much Disk I/O, just use the default swap)or CPU abuse, we have no issues with bandwidth. Regarding RAM also we have no issue as we are not overselling RAM either

It is not possible to reinstall the operating system, so if something goes wrong your screwed.
Their web page https://secure.rectified.net/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=16 says you can switch to Windows for free, what a joke. You can't even reload Linux.

Who told you that you cannot reinstall?

You get a control panel to reboot , reinstall as well reset your VPS password, we are using SolusVM, all details are already included in VPS activation email , if you are an existing client and can't find it, just submit a support ticket we will provide you

Alright looks like I was wrong and it is possible to reload Linux using yet a different configuration page and different password. They should at least update the web page above to point out the other configuration page available.

It was just the free Windows thing that made it seem so suspect to me.
