Looking for Yearly 1Core/1GB VPS w/ DDoS Mitigation on East Coast

As title states, I'm looking for a VPS (KVM preferred) with 1-2 vCore and 1GB RAM meeting the requirements below. Took a brief look at recent offers and deals but didn't really see anything with DDoS protection on the east coast. So, LET's see what you got, LET.

• IPs: 1 IPv4
• DDoS Mitigation: 10Gbps protection. I want actual mitigation (i.e. filtering, rerouting/scrubbing, etc.) and not just simple null routing
• B/W: 1-2TB
• Port speed: at least 100 Mbps (shared Gigabit would be great)
• Storage: at least 15GB
• Location: East Coast of the U.S. (NY, Atlanta, Philadelphia), Montreal/Beauharnois okay too.
• Price: $25USD/yr (somewhat flexible)
