Buy an OVH server, get all 256 ips on it, and youll get less than 0.5 euro per ip after a few months.
If your willing to take a server with it, I can provide you with one if your willing to accept port25 being blocked , pay atleast semi-annual and sign a contract.

That's one-time costs, not monthly. Buy one for 2 euros, and over 4 months youll be at 0.5 euros per month.
OVH have refused me a /24 for the purpose of "Proxies" so good luck.
Is mentioning that
Colocrossinghas not stopped spoofing in the past still a capital offence. Perhaps find another DC that has this "Feature"Would it not let you purchase it or did their support deny the request?
Told me to use Order system, it wont let me buy more then 1 at a time. Then told me to use API, now waiting for a reply. AKA, no es bueno. I have a bunch of /28s still. Maybe I have hit the limit?

Proxy is not a legitimate RIPE valid justification though.
