R1soft plugin issue in cpanel

Recently my customers are complaining that the R1soft plugin is missing from their cpanel , i have checked and could see its true .
I ran upcp but didn't fix , interestingly i found that it is an issue with paper_lantern theme, the x3 theme users have no issues .
I need to ask cpanel regarding this , before i need to know you have experienced any issues like this.

Update your r1soft plugin
I found the issue , the issue was when we recently move cpanel theme from X3 to paper lantern , we need to install R1soft plugin separately , now i have installed the plugin in paper_lantern and plugin is showing in cpanel without any errors.
