Do you definetly need 1GB RAM? If 512 MB would be sufficient, you could check out Gigsgigscloud's Cloudlets at https://www.gigsgigscloud.com/hongkong-openvz/
Unfortunately, yes. cPanel now requires 1GB ram minimum. Thanks for your reply.
DNSOnly will run on less, just modify the installation file
Thanks for this suggestion. Testing it out now.
Your budget is not realistic.
Specially Asia or Oceania VPS Price is higher than US VPS sometimes...
Lowered the RAM requirement.

Smallest package with code LET70 from their latest offer comes down to 3 aud/month or 2.3 usd/month, should be somewhat in your budget-range.
I'm not sure if he could do it that cheap, but talk to @oliver for servers in Australia/New Zealand - Would highly recommend his services.
@OnACloud @NetworkPresence @Oliver all sell in AU.
I have a $12/AU OpenVZ VPS from NetworkPresence in a previous deal they had. Contact their sales and they might be able to help you out?
Thanks for the recommendations @teamacc & @bohdans
@Ych if the LET70 Coupon doesn't bring our VPS Mini package down enough to suit your requirements send me a PM and I may be able to suit your new requirements.
I need another small VPS for DNS only. I used gigsgigscloud but got zero response for a PTR request. Horrible.
I don't mind a location in EU/UK as well.
If you can raise your budget, NZ = zappiehost is an interesting location.
UK 256MB $15 https://lowendbox.com/blog/vmhaus-512mb-ram-3-mo-plus-more-plans-and-a-yearly-special/
Next you will say you don't need a VPS at all.
If that were true, I wouldn't have made a request for a VPS. You did read that it was for a DNS server right?
(which turned out to be not true either as it was for cPanel b/s, just DNS servers such as NSD require 20 MB of RAM, not 1GB.)
Have you ever run cPanel DNS only? In any case, you seem to have lots of free time. Thanks for taking the time to make lowendtalk a better place.
