Prevent excessive memory usage by single website/user on vestacp

Hi,
I am setting up few VPS on OVH with vestacp. Each VPS will have around 15-20 WordPress site with minimal setup and traffic.
I want to assure that one website don't get the whole VPS down. Any tool/way to do that?

php-fpm has extensive configuration. What is your VestaCP setup for webserver? Going Apache + Nginx?

The best way to obtain correct answer is to post on VestaCP forum. But, here is a nice example tutorial: http://www.dimitri.eu/php-fpm-apache-split-config-per-site/

P.S. Be very careful, test it before deploy on production.

Thanks for the link. I was actually looking for a simple way to setup it and prevent creating a mess for myself. The setup of accounts on vesta would be automatic via WHMCS and this one looks to be able to break things down.

If you will make some $ from hosting, do not use VestaCP. Use more predictable control panels:

    • cPanel/WHM
    • DirectAdmin
    • Plesk (Onyx)
  • I will do make some $ but that will not be so enough to pay for License of paid panels. I need multiple small vps with multiple ips. So, can't go with it.
