Why doesnt SolusVM provide an option to import SSH keys?

There's no doubt that key access can take care of a lot of security issues associated with password based authentication. Why hasn't the option of importing a public key been considered in most popular VPS control panel? Also wouldn't it make sense to ask for a public key while ordering a VPS, instead of sending a root password by email?

As far as on order form goes, I'd love to increase security and drop port 22 password root access on new vps provision. Problem is, I need sales to sustain business. Number one ticket for me, by far, is when a client has to do any step before they can log into root ssh from the info in the vps welcome email. Even if I put in all caps above it 5 times what they need to do.
