Best shared/managed hosting?

I am looking to host my site on shared hosting or managed hosting. I was wondering who the best were?

Traffic is fairly low and I don't really have a budget.

I do not understand why a lot of people suggest BuyShared, i only have negative experience with them and not only me (a lot of my knowed friends too), maybe someone has another vise versa, and it's cool, but personally me can't recommend buyshared. Try better guys from list below:

1. https://pageclick.net/ - cheap, stable, works fine, support mostly instant
2. https://spaceweb.eu/cloud-web-hosting - directAdmin really sucks, but no issues so far with them for year+, very fast hosting
3. https://impactshared.com/budget-shared.html - pretty stable, using them for around 8-10 months. Network is ok, CP works pretty fast, were some issue, but very fast resolved.

Yes, Impact shared is Excellent.

My experiences with Buyshared have been fine and I'm happy to recommend them. I've hit a limitation or two that I think are inherent in the way cpanel hosting works, so I'd have no better luck with those issues anywhere else. Other than that it's incredible value.

As with the others above, have only ever had good experiences in the 2 months I have been with BuyShared on their Reseller Package.

Tickets when I first joined were responded within 15 minutes, servers seem fast and all the features you need are in Cpanel - Zero complaints from me.

+1 for Impact Shared (Good performance, consistent. In 8 months, a few multi-hour outages.)

-1 for BuyShared (Probably technically excellent, but then I ran into the customer service from planet Zontar.)
