I will not give you a ready to use business idea but I would suggest that you read the following two books:
Blue Ocean Strategy, Expanded Edition: How to Create Uncontested Market Space and Make the Competition Irrelevant
and
The Business Idea Factory: A World-Class System for Creating Successful Business Ideas
I’ll put it this way - Some time ago I was in a situation similar to yours and the above 2 books were very influential and have helped me a lot (especially the Blue Ocean Strategy which btw is a bestseller) in finding lots of potential innovative business ideas. And yes, I have chosen the best idea which I have already started developing (it is an online software project which I hope to get released within 10 – 12 moths).
Because you have mentioned “low price range startup” I assume that you are going to be at the centre of the business and it will heavily rely on your skills and experience. This makes it even more important that YOU shape what YOU want to do yourself, as this way it will be aligned closer to what you are capable of achieving. And on the bright sight - having limited resources when starting a new business can lead to very creative solutions which later can give you an edge over your competitors. Also, I would advise you not to try to design/plan everything upfront but to use an iterative/adaptive approach. Tomorrow you will always know more than you do today
Oh, I nearly forgot. Once you come up with an innovative idea don’t forget about taking into account technology adoption lifecycle. I found the following book to promote a very interesting view on the topic:
