We will soon have LA KVMs available, however will be based on RAID10 HDD, would not be pure SSD.
If 1GB Dedicated RAM became 512M RAM but KVM, with same price in BG, I would like to order one.
@singhigh - can be done, however HDD, not SSD. We have some spare in our KVM nodes in Bulgaria.

@nexusrain Thank you for posting the speed test. We will eventually be upgrading all locations to NVMe or RAID10 in 2017. Bulgaria as well. Targeting to upgrade most to NVMe in 2017, whatever is left, will be moved to RAID10 SSD. All locations are pure SSD, of course. Though the speedtest seems a bit slow, please do open a ticket so I can check some stuff up. I've been observing some weird routes on occasions.
