As for ipv6, the server is up but it didn't come with ipv6 address, and there isn't ipv6 address in the server management panel.

Server is a single VPS / fixed spec. Cloud / Resource is a flexible virtual datacentre from which you can make many servers, connect with private LAN, use NAS, multiple IPs, etc.
