Everything was explained in that thread. I offered the customer a prorated refund although I was not obligated to as he was past our money back guarantee window. The OP decided to file a chargeback via his financial institution, and you should know that once a chargeback is filed, PayPal won't let you refund that transaction but only let you respond with your side of the story (although its nearly impossible to win a chargeback in my experience). If he hasn't already, he will receive every cent of what he paid back because I am not responding to the chargeback. If he never filed the chargeback, I would of issued the refund a long time ago like i originally offered.
Sorry that you didn't feel this offer was for you, hopefully you'll find another provider that will serve you well.
