Cheapest VPS providers with these features?
I am looking for a VPS with AT LEAST 1GB RAM, 20GB SSD hard drive (30GB is most preferable), single core 2GHz< processor (with enough power), 100mbps network speed, 3TB/monthly bandwidth, free backup, on or under $5 per month, but the service provider should be reliable, the uptime should be at least 99%, should have a good ping to the server, average support is fine but I expect support at least within few days. server location isn't a big issue, but the ping to North America ,especially to US should be no more than 200ms, somewhere around 130ms is okay, but under 100ms is perfect. KVM is most preferable, the server should be fast enough to run resource intensive applications and scripts, I am not a fan of providers who have a lot of hidden restrictions like CPU shouldn't be used more than this per hour or otherwise get terminated etc..
so I am wondering is there any service provider who meets these criteria. Thanks for reading this.

FYI, 99% uptime equals to 7 hours 12 minutes downtime in 30 days. Is it what you expect?

I was talking about the guaranteed uptime they can provide, but 100% is more preferable if it's possible. In my current shared host in namecheap despite the 100% uptime claim, it rarely goes down. so I am not a big fan of providers who can't keep what they guaranteed at the beginning.

Aruba cloud gives 20 GB SSD and 1GB RAM on VMWare for 1 euro a month. Maybe get 2 of those and their backup for 1.5 euros per 10 GB and you are all set up for 3.5 euros and have 4 TB of bandwidth (2 TB per server)
