SCP Problems

[oneadmin@forontend ~]$ scp -rp /var/lib/one/.ssh node1::/var/lib/one/ oneadmin@node1's password: scp: :/var/lib/one/: No such file or directory

I am having this issue. .ssh folder is chmodded to 700.
